As a Part-Time Courier/Pipette Repair Technician, your schedule will be approximately 15 - 20
hours/3 days a week. Your primary function is the pick up and delivery of customer-owned
pipettes for service by Raininís Pipette Service Department in Oakland, CA. You will be
responsible for organizing next day pick-up of customer pipettes at their locations within a
20-mile radius of Seattle, WA, based on customer requests that are faxed, phoned or emailed to
you from the Oakland, CA Service Center, as well as the delivery of completed service orders.
You will seek out additional pipettes needing service at each location. You will return
incoming service orders to the Oakland Service Center via Federal Express, meeting established
deadlines including completion of required paperwork and internal documentation.
