We are currently seeking a Desktop Publishing Associate. This individual participates in the
creation, revision, maintenance and documentation of package inserts, PDS and control inserts.
The associate is responsible for important notices, helping to ensure standards are met for
accuracy, style and regulatory correctness and are produced in an efficient and timely manner.
They will support the QA Labeling Control Supervisor and manager with Microsoft applications,
electronic communications and the compilation of routine data. The Desktop Publishing
Associate interfaces with other departments (Print Shop, Document Control, Quality Control,
Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Affairs, Method Development, Product Support, Marketing) and
gathers data and other relevant information for creating and updating package inserts and
technical publications. This position includes the training of employees, planning and
assigning workloads to others.
