The Executive Director is responsible all senior leadership including strategic planning,
managing day to day operations, financial outcomes, member satisfaction, new business
development, as well as provider negotiations and contracting. This position reports to board
of directors and works closely with school district superintendents, employees, various Boards
of Education, providers, legal and accounting firms, reinsurers, and third party
administrators. Qualified candidates will have five to ten years of executive level
experience in the insurance and/or healthcare industries. The ideal candidate must be forward
thinking, progressive, approachable, persuasive and able to bring diverse groups to consensus.
Familiarity with school districts is desired and a Bachelorís degree is required.
