To recommend curricula, develop materials, conduct, track, and evaluate “core” training
programs for new and existing employees to accelerate and improve relocation services skills
in areas of both technology and process. In conjunction with the Director, develop training
curricula and materials for relocation team members. Deploy training to new team members in a
timely and cost-effective manner. Deploy transition training on GRSW-specific operating

Provides support in ensuring Graebel standards are met.
