Job Description:
For this position, with a world-renowned computer manufacturing company, you will be performing
a wide variety of desktop support activities.  Your responsibilities will include analysis of
desktops, hardware, software, and operating systems; hardware and software installations; user
administration; troubleshooting; documentation; and application configuration.
 
REQUIREMENTS:

1-3 years related work experience
Solid desktop support and troubleshooting skills, including hands-on experience with a variety
of hardware platforms running Windows Operating systems
Experience with remote access / VPN and backup / recovery
A+ certification preferred
