As an Application Support Engineer you will provide in-depth technical support to a wide range
of global and multilingual customers within a busy inbound support center.
The ideal candidate should have experience troubleshooting complex software issues with

projects simultaneously, while working with moderate supervision. Flexibility to work various
shifts between 8am and 8pm EST and on an as-needed basis is required.
Familiarity with C++, Java, and Crystal Reports is a plus. A bachelors’ degree in a related
technical field or equivalent work experience is preferred.
