Job Description:
 Take charge of employee benefit programs  and processes including Premera medical,
dental/vision, STD/LTD/Life, Flex Spending Programs,  401(K) with matching, and stock purchase
and option tracking and reporting

 Create annual timelines for employee communication and training, ensure SPDs are up to date,
and handle employee and vendor information flow

 Manage documentation and ADP data input, including bi-monthly payroll, daily changes and
setting up new employees

 Administer open enrollment, conduct Benefit Orientations, provide expertise for individual
benefit enrollments and changes

 Reconcile all benefits plan billings to ensure accuracy in accounts payable

 Administer ESPP and Stock Options

 Maintain up-to-date employee records and reporting, including HR Dashboard, Salary, Stock,
Staffing and LOS reports

 Administer new hire and exit termination paperwork including COBRA

 Maintain corporate organization charts and associated organizational reporting

 Administer the semi-annual compensation reviews and participate in compensation surveys;
perform compensation analysis for some jobs.
