•Manages product development activities for new medical devices (FDA Class II) and product
enhancements.
•Develops and objectively critiques new product concepts with consideration to quality,
manufacturability, product performance, cost, and market trends.
•Tracks project succession and proactively identifies and resolves potential project
obstacles.
•Effectively communicates project milestones/goals to project team members as well as project
updates to upper management. 
•Generates and maintains detailed product development documentation (e.g., Device History
Files) throughout all stages of the development process.
•Provides technical and project management guidance to team members.
•Develops new materials and processing capabilities.
