Job Description:
The software support technician handles telephone calls from our customers on a wide variety of
software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, Windows operating systems,
Blackberry devices, Visual Basic for Applications (VBA), Lotus Notes, Microsoft Visio and
Novell GroupWise. 

The technician possesses superior interpersonal skills and communicates that he enjoys working
with people. This person also has a strong desire to become a resource to her fellow employees
and gladly shares her knowledge and experience with others
