Responsibilities:

In this position, reporting to the Director of Professional Services, the Professional
Services Engineer will be responsible for the following: 

·Working closely with clients creating customized reports 
·Working closely with client Professional Services team as data is being gathered to ensure
comprehensive and accurate transfer of information
·Creating client customized log ins (Candidate/Client)
·Help with client data migration, including data mappings and SQL templates
·Assist clients with data updates and delete restores
·Client bulk resume parsing
·Assist clients with merge doc requests

Required Skills and Experience:

·Must have 2+ years experience in a Software Development role or related discipline
·Bachelors Degree is required
·Must have a solid understanding of SQL, including proficiency with complex and nested queries

·Must have strong knowledge of relational database and SQL Server
·Must have experience with MS Access and Visual Basic 
·Must have basic knowledge of HTML and skill with MS Office
·Must have the ability to follow a project plan and be accountable to assigned tasks
·Must have the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with
individuals at all organizational levels
·Must have sharp active listening skills and excellent documentation ability
·Must have the ability to work efficiently in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment
