Job Description:
As an Investacorp Help Desk Specialist, your primary responsibilities would include performing
diverse and various tasks related to the research, verification and resolution of inquiries
generated by Investacorp reps/clients. Most common research is related to the application
functionality, software installation, browser settings, reports, etc. Under general
supervision, you may:

Research and resolve inquiries on securities transactions
Answering support desk phone calls /emails
Follow appropriate escalation procedures on complex inquiries
Liaison with various customer service/operations groups
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly status reports
