Assist with all aspects of running a project management office; including setting up work plan
templates, Niku tool configuration, and setting up new PMO services. New PMO services will
include resource management, more effective reporting, standard methodology, dashboard
creation and time tracking strategy. Responsible for configuring and supporting the Niku
application, training new users on Project Management methodology and utilizing the tool
effectively. Supporting Niku toolset will include configuring new projects, new users, user
security groups, create Actuate reports and other Niku system and administrative functions.
This will also include developing processes and reports with the Niku/Clarity toolset.
Primary support for the Niku/Clarity application for change control and issue management and
secondary support for TeamTrack applications. Provide training to organization for both
applications when necessary.
