Empirix has an opening for a 3+ month contract, starting the beginning of August for a Business
Systems Analyst to support our Pivotal instances. The person will be responsible for
maintaining, upgrading, and enhancing the CRM application. Additionally, the person will
evaluate system needs of internal staff (Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, Engineering) and
develop system solutions to address those needs. The person will work very closely with the
end user community and will need to be able to translate business requirements into system
Specifically, the candidate must have an understanding of relational databases and be able to
use Pivotal tools and utilities to customize the existing applications and manage data.
Additionally, the individual must have experience in a client/server environment, writing SQL
and designing and writing reports using Crystal. Candidate must have experience deploying,
maintaining and supporting Pivotalís HTTP synch mobile client.
Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently or
with a team are required. Experience with CRM applications or previous customer support
experience a plus. Bachelorís degree preferred.
This is a full-time 3+ month consulting position (1099).
