The Workers’ Comp Case Manager travels locally in the Metropolitan Houston area up to about 90%
of each work week so candidates must have a valid Texas Driver’s License, reliable
transportation and auto insurance.
Candidates must also have prior experience in Texas Workers’ Compensation field case
management, disability management, and/or occupational nursing and be licensed by the Board of
Nurse Examiners of Texas with an RN designation.
The candidate must have knowledge of orthopedics, neurology, occupational medicine, and/or
medical-surgical/trauma, and excellent analytical, assertiveness, negotiation and oral and
written communication skills.
The candidate must have the ability to prioritize, multi-task and organize work time and work
independently as well.
Preferences include at least one year of Texas Workers’ Compensation field case management
CCM, CRRN or other similar designation/credential
The ability to speak both English and Spanish
