Job Description:
Customer Service Representatives respond to phone and e-mail inquiries from our customers
regarding account set-up, on-line order placement, and technical inquiries about Blue Heron
Bio’s products.  Careful record keeping in an ERP based CRM is necessary.  Miscellaneous
administrative duties include answering the main phone line, mail collection and distribution,
ordering of office supplies, and filing.

Position Requirements
BS in Biology or equivalent, lab experience in the field of molecular biology will be highly
valued.   Will be a consummate "people person": affable, diplomatic, and team-oriented. 
Experience using Microsoft® Word and Excel programs, excellent attention to detail, problem
solving, follow through, and multi-tasking skills required.
