This person will provide multiple internal clients with timely advice on patent issues and
develops and maintains worldwide patent portfolios.
Primary responsibilities are:
Developing, implementing, and analyzing patent strategies for company projects.
Preparing, filing, prosecuting, and managing their own docket of patent applications.
Providing advice for patent matters and patent aspects of transactional matters.
Participating and leading special IP-related projects.
Admitted to State Bar and admitted to practice before the U.S. Patent And Trademark Office.
A minimum of 1 - 3 years experience in biotech patent prosecution.
Strong interpersonal and team building skills to develop internal and external relationships.
Strong analytical ability combined with planning, organization and workload management skills.
Strong oral and written communications skills.
