Relying on your in-depth insurance industry knowledge, you will consult with clients regarding
their software applications requirements in one or more of the Professional Liability or
Property and Casualty Insurance specialties: Claims Management, Risk Management, Policy
Underwriting, Premium Rating and Billing and related Financial Management Tools.
Discuss, analyze and document client software requirements.
Interpret client requirements both in writing and in oral presentations and discussions for
the technical staff. Confer with development group regarding design specifications and system
Responsible for product configuration, quality testing and delivery procedures.
Provide user training and ongoing customer support.
