- Cradle-to-grave contracts administration, including the monitoring of all contract
requirements and deliverables to ensure company and client contractual requirements are being
Ensure appropriate use and negotiation of Non Disclosure Agreements, Teaming Agreements,
Licensing Agreements, Memorandum of Understanding, Licenses and other Agreements as required.
Review solicitations and ensure proposals are prepared and reviewed in accordance with
corporate policy, including the Authority Matrix. Prepare risk assessments for management
review and discussion.
Ensure contract review, approval and execution in accordance with Corporate Policy and
serve as primary interface with Client for negotiation and contract administration, with focus
on contract compliance, change order management, and adherence to contract Terms & Conditions
in support of attaining Segment business & profit goals.
Provide post-award analysis and briefing to performance team regarding contractual
obligations, including reporting and other regulatory compliance issues.
Coordinate/monitor submission of deliverables and other required contractual documentation.
Prepare contract correspondence for formal submissions.
Prepare subcontract RFQs as required. Draft and negotiate subcontracts, ensuring compliance
with prime contract terms & conditions, including flow-down requirements.
Maintain formal contract records and correspondence file involving proposal submission,
contract and subcontract negotiations, subcontract and contract administration.
Work closely with Corporate and Segment Financial Administrators to ensure compliant invoice
preparation and timely receipt of client payments.
