Job Description:
Gibson Engineering Co., Inc a 60 old distributor of industrial and factory automation solutions
seeks an Inside Sales and Customer Service Rep.

Duties include: Complete customer service; pricing, bill of material creation, order entry,
purchasing, expediting and providing basic technical information. The position requires the
ability to work across multiple product lines and multiple vendors with multiple part
numbering schemes and different ordering requirements.

The successful candidate must be capable of multitasking in a pressure situation, have proven
professional telephone skills, strong verbal and written communication skills for interface
with customers, vendors and outside sales staff; must have excellent computer skills using
complex systems.
