Help Woodmeister Corporation be a leader in the Construction industry by acting as the Account
Sales Representative / Sales Executive who generates revenue; identifies market potential;
initiates sales process; closes sales; expands sales in existing accounts; contributes
information to market strategy; recommends new products and services; identifies business
opportunities; sells products; maintains relationships with clients; identifies product
improvements or new products; prepares reports; maintains quality service; maintains
professional and technical knowledge; contributes to team effort. 
Qualifications


Experience relaying sensitive information to appropriate parties. Keeps clients, superiors,
peers, and direct reports updated based on their information needs.

Makes compelling presentations to a variety of audiences using visual aids, slide shows, and
other media. Is adept at getting the attention and involvement of the most sophisticated and
difficult audiences.

Is a compelling and articulate speaker in a variety of settings. Easily adjusts the message to
match the audience. 

Ability to develop rapport with client management and maintain strong working relationships.
Successfully manages customer expectations.

Expects excellence from others and tolerates no less. Inspires people to accomplish the
extraordinary.

Inspires others with enthusiasm and positive energy.

Inspires others with drive and motivation to sell aggressively.

Closes the sale by addressing customer concerns, demonstrating empathy, and consistently moving
the customer towards commitment.

Develops sales strategies, techniques and tactics based on customer feedback and market

Knowledge of how to develop newsletters, compose memos, and direct correspondence to keep
employees informed of new company developments and events.

Experience selling products and services to major accounts in a designated region. 

BA/BS or equivalent experience. 7-10 years conceptual sales experience required. Prior
experience in construction and/or real estate development a plus.
