Responsibilities include maintenance of bio-pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment. Have the
ability to perform a variety of routine and non-routine technical tasks. Must be familiar with
the hazards of working on ASME pressure vessels and have hands-on experience with the repair or
re-building of mechanical drives, pumps, gearboxes, agitators, valves and other mechanical
systems and equipment. Should also be familiar with pneumatic and hydraulic systems and the
hazard with working with them. Also should have good electrical and mechanical troubleshooting
skills. Must be a self-motivated individual with very good written and verbal communication
skills and strong attention to detail. Is able to read, comprehend and follow preventative
maintenance job plans, standard operating procedures (SOPs) and any other documents required
