The Project Accountant will provide accounting expertise and support to a companywide
initiative related to our billing system. Individual will primarily be responsible for
performing audits, ensuring that conversion transactions are accurate and potential issues are
identified and addressed prior to conversion.
Major responsibilities include but are not limited to: Performing audits on the current
financial data at each center, communicating regularly via with Center Directors and Regional
Managers to provide accounting expertise and to answer questions regarding new processes,
contributing to the development of training materials for the audit, reviewing and
communicating results with all levels of management, developing of conversion protocols for
field and staff, and supporting and assisting with the actual conversion.
Accounting or Finance Degree, with 2- 3 years of relevant accounting experience. Auditing
experience a must. Proficient in Excel. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Detail oriented and ability to prioritize. Needs to be a self starter and able to work
independently. Hyperion and Procare experience a plus. Some travel is required.
