Job Description:
Purpose 
As an integral member of the Optoelectronics Finance team, this position will provide key
analytical and financial process support to the Business and Financial Leadership, and will
drive continuous improvement in the reporting and analysis of Optoelectronics frontend
profitability and performance.

Key Responsibilities 

Provide business partner support to the Sales, Product Management, Marcom and Customer
Support.

Work closely with FP&A partners on the SGS, AOP, forecasts, and analysis of business results.

Drive continuous improvement and digitization of financial metrics including weekly sales
reporting, and organic growth analysis.

Develop new financial tools to analyze price/mix impact on Opto results.

Support the Annual Operating Plan process through development of templates and analysis
tools.

Perform detailed review and analysis of Opto monthly / quarterly results for the Frontend.
Prepare monthly MOR/QOR supporting analysis for review with Sr. Management.

Work closely with site controllers and finance functional partners to create the Annual
Operating Plan for the Frontend while driving improvement in the process, tools, analysis and
communication.

Assist the Director of Finance in support of the implementation of the Hyperion Financial
Management System.

Critical Success Factors 

Financial Experience and Skills: Bachelorís Degree in Finance or Accounting; 2-5 years related
financial experience, with a proven record of success. Strong financial modeling techniques and
analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Hyperion are required.
Business Objects experience is a plus. 

Process Improvement Skills: Six Sigma Greenbelt project completion experience is strongly
preferred. 

Confident Communication Style: Effectively communicates with and engages all levels of the
organization verbally and in writing; displays confidence in expressing opinions and in
offering a point of view.
