Job Description:
The perfect candidate for this position has the proven ability to teach advanced proprietary
software classes to end users, who comprise multiple skill-based audiences. You would also
assist in course development team with course materials and other Educational Services-based
assignments.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities
•Travel + 75% (DOMESTIC ONLY)
•Conducts on-site classes to eScription customers and partners. Teaches all courses in the
curriculum, including (but not limited to) System Administration (EMon), EditScript-MT,
Reporting, Keyboard Shortcuts and Windows-based navigation, Advanced Speech Recognition (ASR)
style guide, and document workflow.
•Learns about new and updated products in order to teach training courses on them.
•Tests courseware to ensure that the labs and exercises work as planned.
•Reviews new and revised course material.
•Serves as subject matter expert for new course development efforts and course revisions,
providing input on content and relevant exercises and examples. 
•Assists in training new instructors. 
•Completes short-term assignments as assigned


Education and Work Experience
•Bachelors degree, preferred. 
•3-5 years experience in training and delivery, preferably in a computer software environment.

•Experience and understanding of medical records and medical transcription

Knowledge and Skills
•Excellent working knowledge of Windows®-based application navigation, MS Office products
(Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
•Excellent communication and classroom management skills
•Ability to understand, use and teach complex theories to varied audiences
•Strong, ethical, honest, and independently work history
•Professional appearance and demeanor
•Strong attention to detail and Customer Service

•Speech Recognition understanding
•Experience and understanding of medical records and medical transcription
•Instructional Design experience
