MARKETING PROGRAMS MANAGER



 



Fieldglass, Inc, the leading provider of services procurement software, is seeking a Marketing
Programs Manager to create, develop, implement, and evaluate marketing campaigns. These
activities will impact the division’s short and long-range business plans, sales revenue, and
profitability objectives. This is a newly created position reporting to the Director of
Marketing. 



  



The Marketing Programs Manager will be responsible for developing and executing
demandgeneration programs and coordinating tradeshow activity at Fieldglass.  Working with the
othermarketing team members, product management and sales teams will be essential to driving
new leads into Fieldglass’ sales model.  He/She will develop integrated marketing programs
designed to drive new inquiries, high response rates, and quality opportunity conversions and
assist with developing cross-selling programs that appeal to existing customers and co- 



marketing programs with strategic partners.  



 



Key job responsibilities include: 



·         Develop strategy and tactics for the company’s direct marketing programs, including
planning the scope of campaigns, developing content, execution and measurement. 



·         Manage all direct response activities, including: 



o        Direct mail 



o        Email and online marketing 



o        Content syndication 



o        Lead guarantee programs / whitepaper placements 



o        Paid search programs 



o        List Management and procurement 



o        Trade show management and associated direct response support 



o        Viral and buzz campaigns 



 



·         Develop program plan documents that articulate details such as program objectives,
target audience, key message, program sequencing, metrics and call to action details. 



·         Work closely with the Marketing Director, product management and other teams to build
and maintain a stable of high value “calls to action”; such as white papers and on demand
webinars. 



·         Manage specific, tactical tasks while providing strategic insight. 



·         Set-up and maintain detailed monthly and quarterly metrics reports of all lead
generation programs, analyzing the key components of each campaign, including lists, offers,
messaging and creative.  Track all campaigns via marketing and sales automation tools 



·         Analyze and refine business processes to improve the quality of campaigns, increase
lead conversation and reduce cost per opportunity, including assessing campaign effectiveness
by channel, offer type, and target segment. 



·         Responsible for internal list strategies, list procurement, and adherence to
permission-based marketing policies.  



·         Leverage the Fieldglass Web site and marketing automation functionality to optimize
campaign efforts, work with sales team members to ensure proper lead transfer and reporting. 



 



 



Requirements:



 



The Marketing Programs Manager will have B2B marketing campaign life-cycle management
experience. The ideal candidate will have managed integrated, thought-leadership oriented
campaigns. He/she will be a team player with a positive attitude that possess strong
relationship development and negotiating skills and the ability to earn respect and trust among
internal and external business partners and team members. 



 



Requirements: 



 



·         BA/BS 



·         3-5 yrs relevant B2B marketing exp w/ an emphasis on lead gen and integrated
marketing programs a must





Strong understanding of ROI-oriented marketing 

Campaign analysis exp 


        ·     Experience (power user) with marketing automation tools and comfort with
technology applications  





Enterprise software or staffing industry marketing exp required
