We are currently seeking self-motivated professionals with strong sales and relationship
building skills to administer and service floor plan and related commercial dealer accounts,
develop new business loans, and maintain and expand our current dealer relationships in the
Mid-Atlantic and Northeast regions. Working from a home office, additional responsibilities
will include the following: Assume primary management responsibility for Regional Marine/RV
commercial portfolio; Conduct all portfolio maintenance activities; Conduct targeted sales and
business development activities; Executing renewal and new business underwriting templates;
Manage over lines; Cross-sell other bank products and services; Assist in work-out strategies;
Attend manufacturer, dealer and trade show meetings; and Participate in the development of
strategic, business and marketing plans.

The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated ability to profitably manage and retain dealer
relationships and grow new business. Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to
effectively interact with all levels of a dealership’s organization, as well as strong
portfolio management skills are critical for success in this role. An undergraduate degree or
commensurate experience is required. Direct commercial sales, manufacturer relationship or
commercial mortgage experience is preferred.
