First Federal Savings Bank of Boston is seeking a professional, full-time Customer Service
Representative/ Teller in Downtown Crossing who will report to the Head Teller, under the
general direction of the Branch Manager.
Provide general customer service at the teller window, including but not limited to deposit
and loan transactions, issuance of money orders and treasurer checks in accordance with
established bank policies and procedures.
Under the direction of the Branch Manager provide platform service, including but not limited
to opening new accounts, renewing certificates of deposit, processing consumer loans, debit
cards and ATM cards, within the respective lending and risk management limits and underwriting
Must present a professional appearance and courteous demeanor at all times.
Responsible for retrieving and filing work and assisting with the daily branch settlement.
Must have a full knowledge of the bank’s products and services.

High school graduate with 1 year of related experience in retail financial services or
equivalent experience handling cash in a customer service position. Must have excellent
interpersonal skills and attention to details. Must be computer literate with knowledge of
