Risk and Claims Management Coordinator Job Description:
Are you ready for change and an opportunity to move into management? The right candidate is to
start out as an associate, learn every facet of his or her dept as it relates to the company as
a whole, contribute to the organization, and be fast-tracked by our client into management (1
year).

Interested? This candidate should have approximately 5yrs experience in various aspects of risk
assessment and management, workman's comp claims, insurance coverage and claims, and the like.
The ideal person will have worked on / filed reports related to the Jones Act, Dept. of Labor,
OSHA 200/300. Experience within the sea cargo industry (Longshoremen) would be a considerable
plus. Outstanding communication skills (oral and written) are crucial as you will be
interacting with multiple levels of management, personnel, and 3rd parties. 

A minimum of a two years associate's degree is required. Computer skills should include
proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook. Systems experience with SAP, Oracle, or JD Edwards is
preferred and having worked with STARS would be a definite plus.
