Ability to manage end-to-end hiring process 
In-depth knowledge of advanced sourcing and talent acquisition techniques
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business 
CPA/MBA preferred 
Public Accounting experience desired (Big 4 preferred)
