· Work with management in HR and recruiting to assist recruiting talents.
· Organize and attend career fairs in greater Boston area
· Participate college campus recruiting
. Assist Business Development Executives for marketing research and general office
administrations including online advertising and making inbound/outbound phone calls
- BS or BA degree in business, marketing, journalism or communication
- 0-1 year of sales, marketing, office administration, HR or recruiting experience, preferably
in the Information Technology
- Excellent skills demonstrating high proficiency in: sales, marketing research, HR
recruiting, written, verbal and interpersonal communication, high profile presentations and
- Experience in windows based software including Excel, PowerPoint, MSWord and Access
- High proficiency in performing database and marketing analyses, spreadsheet development,
graphic presentations, word processing and their integration
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment, perform duties using cognition
and generally accepted research methods and analyses, and develop reasonable conclusions.
