Job Description:
e-Brainstorm Technology, Inc is a leading full-service website design, database development,
internet marketing and IT consulting company in Andover, MA. As a Director of Business
Development (Commission Only, Ok for telecommute.), you will be a key member of a growing
organization that delivers high quality, value-added full-service website design services and
IT solutions nationwide. 

Responsibilities 

Attend tradeshows and business events to generate and qualify the sales leads. 
Make cold calls, follow-up calls to potential clients and make presentations to sell our
dynamic website design, database and e-commerce solutions, content management system, search
engine optimization service, online advertising banners and IT solutions (Business
Intelligence, Data Warehousing, SAP ERP and CRM) listed in the e-marketing flyer below. 
Responsible for lead generation, prospecting, proposal writing, negotiation, closing sales and
post-sale account management. 
Attend career fairs, recruit sales talents, grow and manage the sales team as well as forming
partnership with other companies. 

Requirements 

Minimum 5 years of sales experience in inside and outside B2B IT sales (website design and
development, CMS, eCommerce solutions, SEO marketing), new business development and strong
tracking records of sales to fortune 1000 companies are required. Solid C-level connections in
different industries with focus on Pharma, Biotech, Healthcare, Financial Services,
Manufacturing and Energy in New England area are prefered. 
BS or BA in Business, English or Communication, MBA is desired. 
Be confident and effective in making cold calls, follow-up calls, making sales presentations,
negotiation and closing the sales. 
Excellent business writing, interpersonal communication, presentation, analytical,
negotiation, decision-making and leadership skills. 
Highly organized, detail-oriented, spontaneous, enthusiastic to be part of a fast-paced and
multi-functional start-up company and grow with the company. 
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet Research and Online Marketing
