Position Description

In conjunction with senior Business Development personnel, develop and close deals and
partnership opportunities ranging in size up to $50+ million.

Primary Responsibilities

• For a range of account types and sizes, manage and execute day to day 
deal needs 
• Develop tactical level relationships with clients to coordinate 
resources during the sales process, including responding to ad hoc 
information requests and setting up key client interactions
• Coordinate and prepare sales teams for key client interactions through 
creating preparation documents and assembling internal preparation 
sessions; attend meetings and calls as appropriate
• In conjunction with the Director of Proposal Development, manage 
outstanding production and timely delivery of proposals (RFP’s); utilize 
company-wide resources to develop new content where necessary
• Perform various analyses supporting strategic business development 
planning, including competitive analyses, demand-side analyses to assist 
in product development initiatives, market sizing and segmentations, etc.
• Prepare presentations for senior executives
• Research, analyze, and monitor industry trends through scanning industry 
publications and news 


• Bachelor’s degree
• 2-3 years of analytical and/or health care-related work experience
• Strong analytic, research and interpersonal skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Strong initiative and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic work environment
