Vice President of Sales – Plastics Conditioning Tools
Lead and direct all field sales activities for this Central Massachusetts $15M revenues
plastics conditioning machine tools firm, specifically in the pelletizing and compounding
product lines, to obtain maximum sales volume while developing maximum potential margins for
all products from all markets for the Company.
-Preferred candidates should have extensive experience (8-10 minimum) and a successful track
record in generating new business for a Tier – 1 supplier to the plastics and compounding
industries, selling high-valued engineered products.
-Proven track record of exceeding commitments and revenue goals by building on current and
productive relationships for the Company in its target product/markets.
Strong drive and work ethic, with an enthusiastic team-player attitude and a style of leading
by example. Excellent communications, negotiating and planning skills. Ability to express
ideas that successfully influence the behavior and decisions of others in business
organizations key to the success of the Company.
The successful candidate should have a solid technical foundation regarding the products and
market requirements of the target markets/industries employed in, and possess a technical
undergraduate degree and preferably an M.B.A.
