Job Description:
Responsibilities:
 The RM role will support one of Epsilon's Pharmaceutical clients 
 The Relationship Manager will work closely with CRM Strategy Group, Technical team, and
Analytic Consulting 
 Work with client to develop a road map for CRM for existing brands and future brands 
 Deep understanding of professional consulting services, revenue implications, and
organizational structure details 
 Strong financial management capabilities 
 Responsibility for forecasting and managing revenue, contribution margin, receivables, and
other key financial metrics 
 Management of personnel particularly in a matrixed organization 
 Define and implement a technology infrastructure that will support the defined brand
activity and provide a scalable infrastructure to support future activity 
 Formulate and execute data driven CRM strategies including defining segmentation, analysis,
measurement, and reporting 
 Continue to identify CRM opportunities 
 Business development - work with team to identify business needs, formulate solutions to
address those needs, and sell-in recommendations for additional work 
 Customer focus - thoroughly understand needs, requirements, and ways to deliver business
value 
 Communication and presentation - persuasive, concise, clear verbal and written communicator

Background/Skills Required:
 6 - 8 years highly relevant experience 
 Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred, but not required 
 Measurable experience in managing and growing profitable satisfied accounts and/or relevant
client side experience 
 Measurable experience in developing account "road maps" and guiding clients down a mutually
agreed upon path 
 Familiarity with direct marketing strategy, analytics, and technology 
 Proven account management, analytical, and problem solving skills 
 Proven track record for executing complex projects 
 Outstanding listening skills 
 Strong relationship building skills
