The Senior Project Manager is responsible for applying project and program management
expertise towards the successful implementation and deployment of medium and large scale
projects within major accounts. As a Lightbridge Senior Project Manager you will coordinate a
multi-disciplinary team consisting of Lightbridge consultants and developers, customers and
3rd parties in the design, execution and launch of critical customer facing applications.

activities including establishing project milestones; developing project plans; communicating

The Senior Project Manager defines the project structure and manages delivery of the solution
to client expectations as well as Consulting Services financial and client satisfaction goals.
The Senior Project Manager is accountable for project revenue, project profitability, project
resources, issues, and project delivery (on time, within budget, through client acceptance.)
Experience and qualifications:
The candidate must have a proven track record of successfully delivering complex software
development and/or implementation projects to external customers. The ideal candidate will
have extensive experience within a consulting organization. We are searching for the candidate
who has exceptional project management skills, communication skills, leadership skills,
negotiation skill and interpersonal skills.
The position requires 6+ years relevant experience: managing projects with multiple vendors;
managing project profitability; managing project teams; managing projects through full
development and implementation life cycle; managing client relationship required. Proven
ability to develop estimates, manage scope, and manage profitability for projects over $1m
The successful candidate will have the ability to work in a team-based, collaborative
environment, and enjoy interaction with the customerís team. In addition to strong analytical
skills, the ideal background is project management experience in the IT professional services
industry or software product industry, with an emphasis on managing complex technical
projects. Specific experience in our target industry - wireless telecommunication - is
preferred, as is experience with retail management or order management applications.
Strong organization, presentation, and leadership skills required. In-depth knowledge of
system analysis, business modeling, and consulting methodology required. Familiarity with
Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Project is required. BS/BA or equivalent
experience required. Project management certification a definite plus. 25-35% Travel required.
