We are currently seeking an extremely seasoned Commercial Real Estate Lender who can open
doors and expand our fast-growing business to join our National Institutional Team. 

Our team is a unified team focused on National Institutional clients, such as REITs, RE
Operating Companies, RE Servicing Companies, Institutional Advisors and National Developers. 

This team delivers the best in customized client solutions for national clients; improves
communication of product capabilities; and provides increased accessibility to senior managers
across our national platform.

This position will be based somewhere in the East Coast preferably out of one of our regional
offices; although this is not a requirement. We currently have offices in Pittsburgh, DC,
Tampa, Boca Raton, Cleveland, Cincinnati, Atlanta and more. 

Responsibilites:
The person in this position will be responsible for expanding our portfolio of existing
national institutional real estate customers with a very strong focus on new business
development. 
The ideal candidate will also be able to successfully build an office and build and manage a
new team. 

Qualifications:
A solid track record of growing new business in national institutional commercial real estate
with a minimum of 7 years experience as a commercial real estate lender. 
Strong PROVEN business development skills are a MUST, must possess a history of developing and
maintaining a solid book of business. 
Excellent analytical/credit skills, good customer service skills as well as strong team
management skills are required. 
Must have a Bachelor's degree with a concentration in Finance, Business, Marketing, Economics,
or a related field. 
Formal credit training is preferred.
