Provide project management for all intranet-related initiatives, including implementation of
employee intranet and related ongoing governance and maintenance. This includes but is not
limited to: concept, requirements gathering, documentation, development, testing, training,
and delivery. Work on special projects as assigned.
* Create portal project plans and manage projects through completion; serve a point of contact
for all portal content managers and owners.
* Develop and implement marketing plan for intranet, create intranet publishers' community.
* Develop governance guidelines
* In coordination with intranet strategic team, provide editorial oversight of content.
*Design and conduct preliminary content management training and updates/refreshers as needed.
* Maintain and update all content for both Corporate Communications intranet pages and 'Press
Room' for external web site.
* Act as primary internal IT and external vendor liaison, identify new opportunities for web
* Ensure content and graphics adhere to intranet governance standards.
