Federal – Inside Sales Support Representative-Ardence Product
As a member of the Ardence Sales Team, you will join a world-class team dedicated to selling
our enterprise Ardence Product to the Federal vertical.
a. Using cold call script schedule make outbound cold calls to new perspective targets
b. Actively brainstorm with outside rep to think of new federal accounts to call into and make
sure all current ones have been covered.
Prospect coordination Activities:
1.If deemed appropriate by lead schedule time for SE assistance
2.Send out network profile, audit tools, and supporting documents with required Return date.
3.If documentation is not returned by required time follow up to with prospect.
4.Get SE sign off for evaluation environment
5.Generate and send evaluation license
6.If appropriate schedule first follow up with technical evaluator
7.Research and follow up on new federal accounts
1. Manage calendar and coordinate call scheduling
2. Follow up and track partner opportunities similar to prospect coordination activities
3. Funnel marketing requests and other activities to Channel Group
BA/BS degree. With 1-2 years of experience. Experience selling to the federal government level
is a plus.
