Coordinates and monitors the scheduling, pricing and operational performance of customer
programs. Responsibilities will also include aiding in the negotiation of contracts and
contractual changes as well as coordinating preparations or proposals, plans and financial
conditions of contracts. Ensures adherence to master plans and schedules, develops solutions
to program problems and coordinates work of various departments.
Requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience within the electronics
manufacturing industry or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices and
procedures within the electronics manufacturing industry. Qualified candidates will be able to
rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals as well as being able to
perform a variety of complex tasks. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
