As an Account Manager (salesperson) with Volt, you will be responsible for:
Designing and selling a workforce that will meet your customer's unique needs
Maintaining, servicing and growing our existing partnerships
Prospecting and generating leads through in-person and telephone cold-calling
Researching potential business and current customers utilizing various methods
Developing and executing effective marketing/sales campaigns
Actively participating with local networking organizations
Creating and assisting with the responses for Requests for Proposals & Bids
Acting as a liaison between our customers and in-house recruiters who continually service your
accounts
Maintaining effective documentation and tracking sales activity
Strive everyday to take your business to new heights

Requirements:
What do we need from you in order to be welcomed into our family?
1-2 years proven outside sales experience, including cold calling experience
Proficiency with Internet Explorer, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
The desire, drive, and ability to be working solo most of the day, whether that be inside or
outside
Proven time management skills
Proven ability to write effective thank you notes, letters, bids, etc.
Some knowledge of the staffing world and local market knowledge are pluses, but not
necessities
