Responsible for working closely with Sourcing Managers and internal Millennium customers in
negotiating and writing various purchasing contracts.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for initiating, negotiating, and executing service, consulting, evaluation,
licenses, purchase, and confidentiality agreements for the Strategic Sourcing area of the
Company. This will include the role as CDA Deputy for Strategic Sourcing as well as contract
administration, including but not limited to data input and administration of the contract
management database. Additional responsibilities will include promoting efficiencies in the
contract administration process by interfacing with other members of the Sourcing Group as
well as the Legal Department teams. And participating in intradepartmental and
cross-functional contract discussion groups and in special projects as required.
3-5 years experience in Contract Negotiation and Contract Management. Paralegal certificate or
BS in Legal Studies is required. Looking for someone with good writing skills, appropriate
legal background as well as good business and communications/interpersonal skills. Must be
able to work in a fast paced environment, demonstrate a partnership mentatity with vendors and
have good attention to detail.
