Job Description:
This professional Sales Management Executive will be responsible for new and existing account
sales in the Western part of Massachusetts and the oversight of a 10 plus sales force and
administrative team. The focus will be on meeting and exceeding assigned sales targets by
increased transactions and sales through existing accounts, adding new accounts and fostering
relationships by utilizing promotional/marketing tools, and planning merchandising
enhancements, expansions and targeted market visibility. Central to this position is
establishing and maintaining a positive teamwork environment with all sales representatives,
to lead by example and to be available for training, coaching and mentoring the sales force.
This position will report directly to the Vice President of the United Division.

Branch Sales Manager, based out of Holyoke office, reporting to Jim Seely, Vice President,
United Division.

Supervise sales people toward attainment of monthly core brand quotas and sales dollars.
Organize and conduct sales meeting. Work with sales representatives to review execution of
corporate programming. Conduct monthly key account visits to designate accounts from Strategic
Planning Calendar. Hire sales personnel and review performance of all direct reports. Review
account collections and maintain 60-day company mandate. Maintain annual expense budget.
Review salesperson work standard responsibilities.

 Extensive knowledge of the alcoholic beverage industry with experience in the Western
Massachusetts market, a plus.

 Good written and verbal communication skills
 Strong computer skills

EXPERIENCE: A minimum of five years sales experience in the liquor industry.

EDUCATION: A four year college degree
