Taylor Made Products, a leader in the Recreational Boating Industry, is looking for a
Distribution/Logistics Manager to assist in the implementation and management of our new
Warehouse & Logistics System. This dynamic individual will be responsible for all aspects of
the design, implementation & maintenance of our highly seasonal warehousing operation. This
person will also be responsible for customer contact regarding all logistic requirements and
compliance issues, as well as, designing & implementing a system internally to allow Taylor
Made Products to meet & exceed our customer expectations. This position has the ability to
transition into a long term opportunity with Taylor Made Products.
--Must possess the ability to create, implement and manage a logistics system designed to
satisfy customer requirements and contribute to the overall profitability of the business.
--Experience in implementing & utilizing a bar-code system for Inventory Management and
--Experience in working with top-tier Retailers such as Wal-Mart, Lowes, etc...and the
logistics requirements involved with doing business with these retailers.
--Must have a minimum of 7-10 years experience in Warehouse & Logistics Management.
--Must have a four year college degree. Additional educational and training programs
--The candidate will work in a team oriented drug free enviroment.
--Must possess strong interpersonal skills.
--Experience in working in a seasonal business preferred.
--Experience in working with Syteline operating system a plus.
