Job Description:
The incumbent provides support to the fixed income group with consultant, client and
prospective relationships, assists Portfolio Managers/Traders as needed with account
maintenance activity, and works with the fixed income client support group in relationship
development.  The incumbent participates in the maintenance of marketing material and creates
presentations.  In addition, the Client Support Analyst acts as a liaison to the Portfolio
Management Staff/External Consultants and updates material used in client reporting and
communication efforts.  S/He updates material to report and verify account objectives
including standard and ad hoc client reporting events.  The incumbent will work with senior
team member and portfolio staff to optimize PWM recommendations and strategies.

 

The qualified candidate will possess a Bachelorís degree and at least 2-4 years of experience
in the investment/fiduciary management industry preferably in a role requiring regular client
interaction. Incumbent must have a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail, have the
ability to organize and prioritize assignments and, must have strong oral and written
communication skills.  Strong PC skills are also required.
