ITG Inc is currently looking for bright, energetic and personable people to join the
Algorithmic Trading Services team. In the entry-level role of Algorithmic Trading Services
Representative you will operate at the intersection of statistics, finance, economics,
computer science, mathematics, econometrics, and market micro structure. You will apply
econometric analysis to high frequency trade data. You will also assist in developing
statistical models for automated equity trading strategies and will analyze execution quality.
The ability to use statistical software and programming languages is essential for the
position. The Research Analyst will work in a fast paced, multi-task team sales environment.
This is a tremendous opportunity for recent college grads and those who are relatively new in
the field to learn about the investment industry while being a part of the technological
revolution in equity trading. This is a new position with much potential for growth and you
will have the opportunity to help define the scope and responsibilities of the position. ITG

Summary of Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in a quantitative or analytical field such as statistics, economics,
engineering or applied math
- Strong database/SQL knowledge and familiarity with UNIX
- Very strong analytical, statistical and quantitative background with a keen interest in
equity markets and trading
- The ability to adapt to and the desire to affect change in the organization as well as a
desire to work in an innovative, unstructured environment
- Excellent interpersonal/communication skills
