Job Description:
Our international personals site (male for male) seeks a Director of Operations. The D.O.
manages and coordinates Customer Service, Billing, and assists in the coordination of the
outreach efforts for The Director of Operations works closely with the Technical
Support Specialist to ensure that all Customer Service Personnel are technically up-to-date.
He or she will provide professional leadership, consultation, and expertise within the
designated areas of focus. This person will ensure the smooth functioning of the day-to-day
operation of the departments and staff under his or her command. 

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Provide direction and direct supervision of customer service, technical support and office
administration for Online Buddies and
• Oversee billing department’s compliance with established procedures and ensures credit card
chargeback rate is kept well under 1%
• Continually evaluate organization and staffing to effectively accomplish the goals and
objectives of the company; recruit, employ, train and manage professional, technical and
support staff.
• Create and continuity improve the level of Customer Service as related to
• Remain in direct communication with all departments and divisions of Online Buddies 
• Oversee the supervision of personnel, which includes work allocation, training, and problem
resolution; evaluate performance and make recommendations for personnel actions; motivate
employees to achieve peak productivity and performance
• Establish and implement short and long-long goals, objectives, policies and operating
procedures; monitor and evaluate programs and projects for effectiveness; invoke changes
required for improvement
• Provides advanced direction to the staff with regards to Community Based Organizations,
Departments of Health and Customer Service representatives in accordance with health and
community outreach goals
• Advise on technology that enhances performance and productivity, reduces cost and further
contributes to efficient operation of the website
• Conduct regular department and division meetings
• Provide detailed weekly reports to the General Manager
• Support the General Manager in the development of annual budgets for the organization and
perform periodic cost and productivity analysis
• Recommend and participate in the development and writing of company policies and procedures
• other duties as assigned
