Proactively sell Lifeline products and services through outbound telephone calls to potential
an existing customers while meeting/exceeding sales target objectives as established.
Sell Lifeline service to medical community through outbound calling efforts to prospects and
existing customer base.
Builds rapport and relationships with internal and external customers through aggressive,
efficient, and professional service
Obtains customer and competitive information during daily contacts and distributes as
appropriate so as to develop sales strategies
Overcomes and effectively responds to customer objections to win business
Meets/exceeds both qualitative and quantitative outbound sales goals on a consistent basis
Accurately obtain and maintain prospect information in the sales management database
Manages outbound call lists and territory assignments
Support and execute all marketing promotions and campaigns
Bachelor Degree or 5+ year’s sales experience preferred.
Minimum of 3-5 years of successful outbound telephone sales in a call center environment
Cold calling/lead generation experience required.
Exceptional negotiation & selling skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, challenging, and changing
Strong verbal and written communication skills;
Proficient in Microsoft Office software and strong aptitude in sales database systems
Proven and demonstrated listening and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated organization, time management, problem solving and planning skills
Demonstrated goal achievement with highest ethical standards and integrity
Position may require limited travel
