BURST! Media has an opening for a motivated, successful Account Executive for Inside Internet
Sales.

Founded in 1995, BURST! currently represents (sells advertising for) more than 2,000 specialty
content web sites that reach one third of all internet traffic each month. BURST! was ranked
23rd in the 2001 INC. 500 and is a two year member of Deloitte & Touche Fast 500.

The Account Executive (AE) is responsible for making outbound sales calls to advertising
agencies and clients direct. The AE is also responsible for assessing clients' needs and
recommending appropriate advertising solutions to meet their objectives. This position will
entail prospecting, teamwork, cold calling, and solution selling. Knowledge of advertising
industry or ad sales experience preferred.

REQUIREMENTS:

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Advanced computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

* Consistent track record for developing new business and managing complex sales cycles from
lead generation to closing deals

* BS/BA or equivalent experience
