Job Description:
Sales/Marketing Executives with BS/MS degree in Biological Science/related field and 3 + years
of sales experience in Life Sciences Industry. Candidate must have excellent selling skills
including generating prospects and negotiating skills. Strong technical knowledge in Genetics,
preferably in Microarrays with exceptional good communication and interpersonal skills is a
must. Ability to handle key accounts will be an added advantage. Job responsibilities include
direct sales of the company's products and services including expression
technologies and bioinformatics tools, developing strategic account plans
to acquire territory-wise key accounts and giving on-site demos for
both software and wet lab applications. The candidate will also be responsible for providing
customers with quotations, developing budgets, major customer forecasting, developing new
accounts and expanding existing accounts in an established geographic region. The job will be
based out of the West/East Coast with reporting in Indianapolis on full-time employment basis
and will require extensive travel.
