Executive Center Manager Family owned business located in Back Bay area of Boston is seeking
Executive Center Manager. Candidates must be in the Boston area. Executive Suite experience is
required with at lest four years of management experience. Some of the duties are as follows:
1. Supervise the daily staff activities of all services, including · Telephone Answering ·
Photo Copying · Faxing · Mail posting · Fed Ex · Photo Copying · Word processing · Staples
supply ordering · Conference Room Usage · Other secretarial/administrative duties 2.
Responsible for development and ongoing supervision of internal procedures and adherence to
established procedures. 3. Responsible for training and development of all new staff members.
4. Act as a liaison between Center and Property Management Department regarding complaints,
comments or operational problems. 5. Conduct new customer orientation and provide new client
with “Welcome Books”. Review procedures for conference room usage, our association with
Alliance Business Centers Network, billing, and client problems. Ensure Client training on
office equipment, i.e., telephone, voice mail, postage, FedEx, and Staples ordering. 6.
Develop and maintain PBX telephone procedures ensuring that the needs of the customer are
being met. 7. Maintain Voice Mail system for clients. 8. Maintain accuracy of the Goldmine
Software with regular updates to database. 9. Maintain Call Accounting software according to
established guidelines. 10. Maintain IP Scheme for HSIA clients. 11. Prepare annual budget.
12. Attend leasing meetings.
